BailRep Agent Access

BAILREP AGENT PLATFORM ACCESS AGREEMENT

1. Parties & Purpose
This Agreement is between BailRep (operating the BailRep platform, “BailRep”) and the accepting bail agency or bail agent (“Agent”). The purpose of this Agreement is to grant Agent access to BailRep software tools and a compliance-approved referral workflow, including a dashboard and client-facing referral link. BailRep is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or provide financing.

2. Relationship of the Parties
Agent is an independent business. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Agent has no authority to bind BailRep or any third-party provider.

3. Platform Access
BailRep may provide Agent access to a dashboard, training materials, and one or more unique client-facing referral links. BailRep may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform to improve compliance, performance, security, or user experience.

4. Agent Responsibilities
Agent will present financing referrals as optional only. Agent will not promise approvals, rates, terms, amounts, or funding timelines. Agent agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and telemarketing laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct
Agent may not represent themselves as a lender or loan broker; may not collect, store, transmit, or process consumer credit or financial data; may not require financing as a condition of bail services; and may not engage in deceptive, coercive, misleading, or unlawful practices.

6. Consumer Data & Privacy
Agent does not receive applicant credit reports or loan offers. BailRep may provide limited high-level activity signals only. Agent agrees to safeguard any information received and comply with all applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

7. Fees
Any fees charged by BailRep are software subscription fees only. Fees are not tied to loan approvals, loan volume, loan terms, or funding outcomes.

8. Suspension / Termination
BailRep may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-compliance, or risk to the platform, including legal, regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk.

9. Electronic Acceptance
By electronically accepting this Agreement through the BailRep platform, Agent agrees that electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

10. Communications & Consent
Agent provides express written consent to receive informational, promotional, and telemarketing communications from BailRep Technology, LLC, its affiliates, and related brands. Communications may include text messages, phone calls, and prerecorded or automated voice messages.

Agent understands that communications may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use. Agent may revoke consent at any time by replying “STOP” to (844) 692-2457 or by calling the same number. Agent confirms they have reviewed and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
